Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Tender Administrator to join their team.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Minimum Matric is essential.
  • 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with great computer skills.

Duties:

  • Complete tender documents accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records and electronic copies of completed documents.
  • Search for relevant tender listings on various platforms.
  • Ensure the bid process is followed.
  • Coordinate collection of tender documents and ensure timely submissions.
  • Organise and schedule tender-related meetings.
  • Develop/maintain an electronic filing system.
  • Request and manage quotes, ensuring timely receipt and price comparisons.
  • Assist with compiling Bulk Orders and issuing tender documents on time.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients, and help with kick-off and cost meetings.
