Requirements:
* Diploma in HR, Psychology, Sales or related.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
* Excellent communications skills.
* Strong sales skills.

Duties:
* 360 degree recruitment – sourcing clients, successfully matching candidates to the right opportunities.
* Sourcing, identifying and engaging with candidates.
* Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies.
* Conduct reference checks.
* Daily updating/reporting on activities.
* Preparing the CVs for submission.
* Negotiating and extending any offers up to final placement stage.
* Daily administration tasks.
