Responsibilities/Duties
Screening and shortlisting.
Coordinate medicals and background checks.
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct interviews and applicant assessments.
Understand recruitment requirements and provide a plan to the manager on how to meet targets.
Communicate with applicants and the HR team.
Advise the HR team timeously on the progress of related projects.
Escalate any issues timeously.
Track, maintain, and report all recruitment activities /status.
