Job Overview

A leading automotive dealership is looking for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Executive to join their team.

Requirements:

  • 5 – 10 years’ vehicle sales experience (only candidates with vehicle sales experience will be considered)
  • Matric Certificate
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Sound knowledge of Autoline
  • Premium dealership experience is essential

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with prospective customers
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of vehicle inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase
  • Always well-informed about the stock available to make educated recommendations to customers
  • Knowledge of costs, potential “add-ons” to offer, and an understanding of various pricing structures
  • Work together with the F&I to facilitate a deal the customer is satisfied with, while yielding the highest return for the dealership
  • Achieve and maintain monthly Sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities
  • Achieve daily lead requirements
  • Achieve secondary accessory targets
  • Achieve CE standards as set by manager
  • Follow up all leads within the required time
  • Prospect for new business
  • Maintain contact with customer database
  • Qualifying and exploring social and financial leads
  • Uphold and improve company brand
